Effect of rootstock and bio-fertilizers on some mineral concentrations in the leaves of Local Lemon (Citrus limon L.) transplants and available nutrients in the Media

The study was conducted in the Lath-house/Department of Horticulture and landscape design/College Agriculture Forestry/University Mosul on budded local lemon (Citrus limon L.) at one year old, by using Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with two factors, three replications four transplants for each experimental unit, First factor rootstock(soure orange Citrumelo swingle), second inoculation Bacillus subtilis bacteria Trichoderma harzianum fungi, addition to control treatment (without inoculation), as bacterial fungus suspension carried out twice a season according treatments, adding 10 ml.transplant−1 addition, first mid-March after months treatment. Results indicated that C. swingle gave highest values leaves concentration soil availability N, P available Fe media, while soure K concentrations. As biological fertilizers T. N concentrations B. other parameters(leaves media). interaction between rootstock bio-fertilizers significantly effected all studied characteristics, its K, it, concentration.
